VTI is looking for an Experiential Producer to join our team. The Experiential Producer supports the development and deliverables of experiential marketing campaigns utilizing our fleet of custom vehicles. The Experiential Producer will work closely with the Sales, Operations, Design, and Logistics teams. This person will serve as the client's primary POC-- brand-direct or marketing agency partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following.

• Ensure that all deliverable dates are met to keep the project on track.
• Manage internal communication regarding all aspects of the project.
• Communicate with the client regularly regarding the progress of the vehicle buildouts and the project's logistics during the planning phase. Once the project is live, the Experiential Producer must be accessible to the client and in direct contact with VTI staff on-site.
• Lead weekly internal meetings with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to provide the status of ongoing projects and discuss the next steps.
• Assist and help direct the logistics team to maximize their performance.
• Can speak confidently with clients of all levels.
• Produces all elements of experiential production projects and can take a project from signed contract through to the end of the event(s).
• Participates as a member of a project team.
• Coordinates and manages activities of project team members and ensures that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• 2+ years of experience in the Experiential Marketing/Advertising field is required.
• Strong background in collaborating with end clients, designers, vendors, marketing agencies, etc.
• Knowledge of on-site activations in a tradeshow and event environment.
• Knowledge of videoconferencing platforms.
• Knowledge of accounting/financial processes.
• Organization and detail-oriented. Able to maintain all project documentation, from proposal to timelines to final reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,579.00 - $85,000.00 per year
