Our Belleville, PA facility is looking for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for the administration of the company and office operations required by the Operations Manager. This position will also perform general accounting, customer service and light human resource duties.

The Office Manager will manage everyday office operations and efficiency
- Collaborate with management to provide administrative support to the Operations of the Marshfield facility and manage the overall clerical and administrative duties of the office
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, vendors, including answering phone calls, directing visitors, and managing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate and assist with accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Organize and maintain various files, including employee files, vendor files, and customer files
- Monitor office expenditures, handle office service contracts, maintain inventory and office supplies
- Assist with completion of production reports
- Provide Human Resources support with interviewing, hiring, and maintaining records
- Plan in-house or off-site activities as needed
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates’ Degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus
- 2+ years’ experience in a supportive role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
