Orthodontic Receptionist - Full-Time Arlington Heights, Park Ridge, and Barrington

This full-time position is Monday - Thursday and involves travel between two of our 3 locations. Nakfoor Orthodontics with offices in Park Ridge, Arlington Heights, and Barrington.

Nak4 Orthodontics is the only VIP Diamond Plus Invisalign Provider in the area. They continue to be one of the fastest-growing orthodontic practices in the Northwest Suburbs.

Practice Schedule:

Monday / Tuesday 9:20 am – 6:15 pm

Wednesday / Thursday 7:20 am – 5:15 pm

Front Desk / Receptionist:

• Greeting the patient in person or on the phone
• Identifying schedule issues and emergency requests.
• Checking patients in and out in a professional manner.
• Providing administrative support to the Doctors and Practice Manager
• Supporting the patient experience
• Ensure compliance to all Covid-19 guidances
• This position will require travel between two of our three offices.

Requirements:

• Dental or Medical receptionist experience is required. Practice will provide additional training to the right candidate.
• Enthusiastic about helping children and adults
• Good Verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to adapt to proprietary software.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Travel on a rotating basis between offices will be required.
