This team is part of the Advisory Operations Portfolio Implementation team supporting the Personalized UMA (Unified Managed Accounts) Multi-Sleeve Advisory Program. This team provides oversight and overlay trading support on 55,000+ multi-Sleeve accounts.

In this role, you will:
- Perform all the trade implementation processes such as: trading new accounts, investing of new money, raising funds for client needs, liquidation of accounts, and processing allocation changes as directed.
- Communicate with internal and external money managers to execute client requests
- Monitor cash and security drift to ensure accounts are following the selected models.
- Deliver exceptional service and ownership to customer inquiries
- Assist and educate customers on product and service products
- Provide understanding of fundamental and technical objectives affecting the market to support customer needs
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Identify internal business partner referrals and business development opportunities
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- 6+ years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Experience with advisory products and services
- Trading experience
- Brokerage Operations experience
- Leadership experience including training, coaching, and providing feedback to staff/managers
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Strong risk management and compliance skills
- Quality Assurance experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to understand client concerns, questions, and problems pertaining to financial transactions
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other team members
- Experience with Wells Fargo managed account trading systems such as: MAST II, APL, BETA, MMS
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
