Raymond Building Supply, a Division of USLBM, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in North Port, FL

Raymond Building Supply, a division of U.S. LBM, one of the largest specialty building materials distributors in the United States operating a network of leading specialty building material distributors across the county with operating locations in 29 states. Raymond Building Supply operates multiple locations in Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Polk, Broward and Hillsborough counties in South Florida. Raymond provides a wide range of building material products to residential and commercial customers.

Wage: $17-20/hr depending on experience with a $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment

How you will spend your day as a Logistics Coordinator:

• Dispatching including but not limited to:
• Printing manifests
• Pre-calling customers
• Schedule transfers
• Fleet Management
• Document Scanning
• Driver File Monitoring
• Load assignments for drivers and delivery helpers
• Assist with checking out drivers, scheduling delivery changes and DOT administrative tasks
• Supervise loading and delivery of building material products according to delivery date, destinations, and truck capacity
• Coordinate with production area to assure products are completed and ready for delivery
• Generate reports weekly to track the efficiency of deliveries

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• Education. High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience. 2 years experience in Logistics (Preferred)
• Knowledge. Previous building material knowledge or construction industry knowledge.
• Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills (Required).
• Special Skills. Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Physical Demands. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others.
• Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match.
