SUMMARY
The Gas Lift Supervisor is responsible for operational execution of our gas lift product line in North Dakota, while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards. The position is responsible for coordinating work with our customers and delivering exceptional customer service. This position oversees & manages the gas lift service team, all gas lift inventory, and all other operational functions. The GL Supervisor is responsible for maximizing revenue, controlling costs, managing inventory, managing tickets, timely billing, overseeing all purchasing activities, and maintaining the facilities and equipment. This position will work closely with the Regional Operations, Gas Lift Product Line Managers and HSE to meet/exceed all HSE, Financial, and Operations goals/objectives.
RESPONSIBILITES
Enforce safety programs and monitor employee activities to ensure a safe working environment
-Direct and coordinate activities involving installation of gas lift, packers and other downhole equipment.
-Ensure quality standards of all Gas lift products are adhered to.
-Ensure adequate operations of Gas lift Prep/Build/Teardowns per design requirements.
-Ensure adequate operations of production packers and other downhole equipment.
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all customer reports: Run in Reports, Fluid Level Shots, Tear Down Reports, engineering processes, etc.
-Responsible for shop operation and maintaining all test equipment.
-Troubleshoot and optimize gas lift systems with our customers.
-Will set and adhere team to all quality standards relating to gas lift work: Packer Prep, Gas Lift Shop
-Manage Gas Lift Service Team and work with team to train and conduct performance evaluations
-Monitor employee time and maximize employee efficiency
-Schedule crews and equipment to meet customer demand
-Review Gas Lift Profit and Loss Statements to control costs and maximize revenue
-Monitor billing process to ensure timely invoicing and reduce DSO
-Monitor purchasing process to reduce costs and control inventory
-Review inventory level and cycle count reports to limit inventory losses
-Work with Sales organization and maintain strong customer relations and market presence.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
-2 Year’s Minimum Experience as Gas Lift Files Service Technician.
-Broad Knowledge of well completion and troubleshooting of gas lift support to provide technical support to customers and internal gas lift team.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Computer and communication skills.
-Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
-Proficient in managing employee performance, communicating expectations, resolving conflict, employee coaching, and capable of handling disciplinary matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
