Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Engagement with the tax & accounting services team in working through complex accounting strategies for each client.
· Participate in relationship growth & social activities for the firm.
· Be involved in multiple client engagements and special projects - on time and on budget.
· Work performed in an office with controlled environment.
· Ability to prepare, read, understand and review financial statements identifying issues and working to resolve with support from staff & clients.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· QuickBooks expertise is required. Please be able to elaborate your experience.
· QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online: 4+ years
· Excellent time-management skills, and ability to meet aggressive timelines.
· Strong attention to detail while conceptually understanding the big picture of the firm.
· Outstanding communications skills, with internal & external stakeholders.
· Strong people skills in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently.
· Ability to follow complex instructions and multi-task in fast-paced environment.
· Ability to develop strong relationships based on trust and credibility with clients and peers.
· Tax preparation or ability support tax team is a plus
Salary: $55k DOE + Bonus Opportunities
