Assistant Manager Commissary - Oklahoma City, OK Job at 7-Eleven, Inc.
Overview:
Assist in the Management and Operation of a Commissary facility that distributes and supports both market and restaurant platforms for the Oklahoma City market and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Commissary Operations Manager in the Management of the Commissary operation to produce and distribute sandwiches, salads, wraps, condiments and fruit daily.
Responsible for the production and distribution of all salsa and vegetables to the LTC (Laredo Taco Company) locations in Oklahoma City on a daily basis.
Organize and reconcile weekly inventory. Use inventory to order products from Labatts, Ben E. Keith, DOT, DBQ and other vendors as needed.
Develop, implement, and produce an LTC line of sandwiches, parfaits, wraps and salads that help increase sales for the LTC locations.
Responsible for hiring, training and discipline of 26 employees including two shift supervisors
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
Coordinates production for two departments fullfilling orders for all 115 stores across Oklahoma City market.
Reconcile and submit payroll for all employees in the their department.
Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of all Commissary equipment.
Work with the Commissary Operations Manager to develop and implement new product lines to keep the product offerings fresh.
Qualifications:
Education: Highschool/GED
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 6+ years
Years of Management Experience: 6+ years
