As our Firm’s Hybrid Associate, you will exercise independence in devising legal strategies, providing excellent legal representation to our clients, and serve as a leader to our team. To be a key player on our team, you must be dedicated to excellence and hard work and experience with a top-tier practice in Family Law and Litigation matters. Additional job requirements are:

  • You must have at least 2 years of Family Law experience and a willingness to learn litigation and mediation
  • You are a thorough and precise researcher, writer, and speaker
  • You are patient, compassionate, and attentive to our clients and the successful resolution of their legal matters
  • You are comfortable explaining the value of our firm’s services to your client
  • You are confident, flexible, and growth-minded
  • You are licensed in New York with an on-going clean disciplinary record

You must be good with basic legal technology; specifically, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Westlaw, Google Workspace Suite, and Dropbox. Familiarity with Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and Family Law Software is a plus.

Our entrepreneurial law firm is small enough that everyone is a critical part of the team, yet big enough to offer the security and benefits you want. This is a position where you work hand-in-hand with the Owner, have daily interaction with our clients and help us grow the firm.

This position is more than a job for the right person; it’s a career. The base salary begins at $80,000 with opportunities for performance-based bonuses AND flexible hybrid work opportunities.
