Summary
The Fork Lift Operator - Logistics is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The role is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform receiving and picking duties.
What You’ll Do
Safely use a forklift to move pallets throughout the warehouse to ensure on time delivery- Stack and restack pallets as necessary
- Clear empty pallets
- Conduct inventory counts
- Ensure cleanliness of work area
- Report safety-related defects and repair requirements for work equipment, technical installation
and warehouse facilities to immediate line manager
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- People and service oriented
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
