Job Duties:

• Responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operation within a retail facility including banking
• Interview, hire, discipline, discharge store employees, provide leadership and ongoing customer service training, review and prepare schedules and timesheets.
• Review and monitor inventory, vendor deliveries and relationships, warehouse orders, gas deliveries, gas prices and oversee ordering process to insure enough stock
• Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner
• Survey the market for competitive fuel pricing and product selection

Job Location: Stinker Store #319 located at 101 Main St., Delta, CO 81416

Work Hours: Full-Time, (40-45 hours/week)

Shift: Open Availability

Days: 7 days of the week available

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; HS Diploma or GED, 2 years of prior retail store management experience; 5 years’ experience in leadership role (Shift Lead, Asst. Manager, Manager.) Background check required.
