Kanini is looking for a Healthcare Domain Consultant who has a deep experience in International Relations, Business Administration and Healthcare Business role
Job description
- The Head- of Healthcare can provide executive leadership with overall responsibilities for establishing and driving business.
- Leads and oversees the development and growth of profitable new Healthcare business while cultivating key relationships to support sustainable growth.
- The candidate will strengthen and grow the organization's client and partner relationships and maintain surveillance on market conditions, emerging opportunities, and risks.
- He or she is responsible for strategic and operational oversight in the international market, capacity, and business lines, ensuring business development and international project activities are delivered in accordance with the organization's strategy.
- A strong "people person," able to mentor subordinate managers and harmonize a fast-paced, collaborative operations environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide tactical business solutions, spearhead market mapping and product positioning initiatives and plan/manage resources most optimally.
- New Customer Acquisition, drive Return on Investment from business plans
- Provide leadership, develop high-performance leaders and implement innovative practices.
- Conducts in-depth market research to qualify developing business opportunities; leverages industry contacts for strategic intelligence; and assesses the viability of potential future proposal efforts, business partnerships, or international business opportunities.
- Participates in target/bid reviews and provides ongoing feedback to senior management on the status of capture efforts and the viability of continued investment of time and resources in developing business opportunities.
- Collaborates with the Team in designing an effective strategy for proposal development. Helps ensure a successful transition from the capture phase to the proposal process.
- Develop business metrics and models, facilitate strategic partnerships, set up systems & processes, and implement administrative reforms for achieving excellence in performance.
- Enhance awareness and visibility about the organization in various international forums
Qualification & Experience
- Master's degree or equivalent in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- The incumbent should have at least 16-22 years of work experience in a Healthcare Business role from established Healthcare/Pharma/Hospitals/Medical Devices.
- Excellent Healthcare business orientation coupled with the capabilities to cultivate current relationships for business growth Superior organizational, analytical, and numerical skills Highly energetic and outgoing style.

- Experience organizing and managing multiple teams with varied priorities.
- Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level.

- Thorough knowledge of the Healthcare industry, with a wide business development network.
- High analytical skills, business acumen, entrepreneurial, highly customer service & experience orientation, the ability to thrive under pressure, decision making, tech-savvy, ability to handle crunch.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
