Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Scheduling / Office Assistant. Job Requirements
- Work with Scheduling Coordinator to set installation dates.
- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling or service requirements.
- Data entry from prior day installation reports.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Work with our Paperwork Command Team for pre-install responsibilities. Other administrative tasks as necessary.
- Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
- Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal organization skills
- Able to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Occasional Saturday shift (9:00 AM – 2:00PM)
