Representative Payee Advocacy Specialist - (Missouri) St. Louis/Kanas City
Full-Time Representative Payee Advocacy Specialist needed to protect the legal rights of persons with disabilities. This position will conduct on-site reviews, following specific guidelines established by the Social Security Administration. The position will conduct interviews, examine financial and confidential records, identify health and safety violations, collect evidence and information of value during site visits, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Government clearance by the United States Government Office of Personnel Management is required for this position.
Requires Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated functional knowledge in basic accounting principles and terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to operate a Windows-based computer and navigate a web-based database system is required. The positions are located in St. Louis, and Kansas City, MO. Annual earnings of $35,000 to $40,000, depending on experience. Employer pays all premiums, including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance.
