Sentara is hiring a Registered Nurse for Radiation Oncology and Ambulatory Lake Wright.

This position is full-time/day shift with travel between Sentara Brock Radiation Oncology and Sentara Princess Anne Radiation Oncology.

This position's primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients. The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Coordinates and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. BSN or MSN preferred. Meets any requirements defined by specific specialty. BLS required within 90 days of hire. New Hire Education Requirement: All Registered Nurses who do not have their BSN will be required to sign a BSN Agreement committing to successfully obtain their BSN within 5 years of hire.
