Aley Christian Academy is hiring Preschool teachers/ Assistants (Level to be determined). We provide preschool care for children 18mos - 5 years old, also before school and after school care for K-5th Grade. Our teachers provide each child an opportunity to learn academics, music, and art. They also learn social skills, safety procedures, and gain both mental and physical skills.
Responsibilities:
Our Preschool Teachers/ Assistants are responsible for
· daily classroom management
· providing a safe and creative learning environment
· developing positive relationships with the children and parents
· maintaining a clean classroom
· tracking children's progress
· reporting children’s progress to parents
· creating weekly activity plans
· Completing Professional Development courses.
Qualifications:
· basic understanding of child development
· professional
· reliable
· punctual
· excellent communication skills
*REQUIREMENTS*
· 18 years of age
· High School diploma
· Positive attitude
· Passion for caring for children
· Must be able to multitask
· Must pass a FBI and BCI background check
· The Candidate is required to keep up with proper training hours required by the State of Ohio
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
