PLANT OPERATIONS / MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are now seeking a Plant Operations / Maintenance Supervisor to join our team!

The Plant Operations | Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance including grounds-keeping.

Essential Duties:

· Tracks all expenditures of the department and maintains a written record of all work accomplished.
· Assists in coordination of community events.
· Supervises and trains all Plant Operations employees.
· Works as part of the management team.
· Responsible for department budget.
· Coordinates scheduled service from outside vendors for all mechanical systems.
· Maintains all records pertaining to fire inspections, and all other inspections pertaining to the licensure of the community.

Successful candidate will bring:

· Previous experience in custodial/maintenance areas.
· Previous management experience.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Boiler license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $34.60 per hour
