DIANI, a group of multi brand fashion and home stores in downtown Santa Barbara and premiere multi brand e-commerce site, dianiboutique.com, is seeking fun, self-motivated talent who are style and sales driven go-getters. We are looking to fill the following positions: Part Time Stylist and Full Time Stylist. Ideal candidates have experience in higher end customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring environment and share our passion for fashion, styling and wardrobing. You will be continually elevating the level of service for our customers, as well as developing unique approaches to building connections with our customers. Your ability to think outside of the box to build customer outreach and awareness will be highly valued. Our business is built on top-notch customer service, so a focus on that is priority number one. Every Manager and Stylist on our team is asked to understand and thrive on the big picture of the business, and work towards making personal and store goals. So, the ability to be both self-motivated and work as a team is hugely important.
