Part-Time Member Specialist - Floating Job at AAA Central Penn
Our Member Specialists in our branches handle a wide variety of requests from our members. Our members trust us to help them with important moments in their lives. From helping with the title work for the purchase of someone’s first car to helping them plan and map out the cross-country road trip they have been dreaming of taking, our Member Specialists are there to help. This position is designed to float between offices within the region as needed, but will have a home office of either Lancaster, Camp Hill, Harrisburg, or Lebanon.
Our recent November 2022 Engagement Score was 4.26% and 94% of our employees participated in the survey.

The right candidate would have these qualities and skills:
- Finds satisfaction in helping people
- Flexible (Not necessarily physically flexible, but flexible with your time. This job will not require any gymnastics.)
- Personal integrity
- Customer service experience
- Desire to be a positive member of a positive team
- Notary experience is desired or must be obtained within first six months of employment
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent and positive communication skills
