We are looking for experienced Equipment Operators, Foreman and Laborers to join our Erosion Control Division in the Cedar Rapids area. Successful candidates will have experience with farm, agriculture and/or landscaping backgrounds.

These positions are responsible for the installation, maintenance and removal of erosion control methods including silt fence, hydro-seeding, matting and grading. Knowledge of light equipment operation including skid, tractor, hydro-seeding equipment is a plus but not required. CDL Class A license desired for Forman positions. Must be a team player, hard worker, able to lift 50 lbs., able to endure the elements and available for overtime.

Erosion Control is a Division within Absolute Group that specializes in commercial and state erosion and soil control services. Erosion Control Division offers a wide range of agricultural construction solutions, including: seeding, sodding, mulching, silt fence installation and storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) management.
