JOIN OUR TEAM

We are currently seeking a new Part-time or Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Clinician, LMHC(A), LICSW(A), LMFT, EMDR training preferred, to join our practice.

Our practice is currently seeking a Therapist who is interested in exploring their own professional development while working in a collaborative clinical team environment. Qualified applicants are self-starters, active learners and well-organized. Wellness Therapies Spokane provides therapists with individual and group supervision, including EMDR consultation, at no cost. Therapists are encouraged and mentored to develop a strong sense of their own professional identity, including preferred clinical populations and treatment modalities.

Benefits eligible positions work 25+ hours per week. Therapists are encouraged to manage their own schedule and hours. No weekends or late evenings are required. We offer excellent medical, dental, vision insurance, a significant parking stipend, and additional benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• Current licensure, or the ability to obtain licensure upon employment, through the Washington State Department of Health as a LMHC(A), LICSW(A), LMFT.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Experience providing a variety of mental health services
• Training and experience utilizing evidence-based practices
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively
• Self-starter who is able, willing, and excited to build their practice
• Acceptable references from former employer(s)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a caseload of clients as assigned; ensures compliance with service delivery expectations including meeting 70-75% of time worked as billable hours.
• Ensure services provided are properly documented in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Attend weekly staff meetings for consultation and collaboration.
• Provide office-based and/or Telehealth outpatient clinical counseling to a varied clientele.

COMPENSATION

Job Types: Part-time in Office with option for additional hours of remote Telehealth.

Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week
