Lead Montessori Primary Teacher and Lead Montessori Toddler Teacher Job at Gaowa Montessori School LLC
Gaowa Montessori School is seeking a loving and experienced Montessori Lead Primary and Toddler teachers for our campus in Costa Mesa, California.
We are looking for a team player who possess a positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must maintain a neat and orderly classroom following the Montessori philosophy. Create lesson plans, manage record keeping for the children and provide training and leadership to assistant teacher and aides.
Qualifications:
- AMS or AMI Certified with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience utilizing the Montessori philosophy in a licensed facility
- Bachelor's Degree desired
- Must hold 12 or more Early Childhood Education Units
- Understands the developmental stages of 18 months to 36 months age children
- Create a nurtured, fun loving and safe environment for children and support other teaching staff members
- Establish respectful relationship, effective communication and provide solutions for any concerns with parents
- Commitment to school's mission, independence, love of learning, and respect for one another
- Flexibility and devoted to working in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
