We are looking for a small engine mechanic with the ability to do repairs on trucks and trailers
Full time position 40 hours a week

We are a Vancouver area landscaping company and we are looking for someone in maintaining our fleet of pickup trucks, trailers, walk behind lawn mowers, stand on and riding mowers, blowers, weed eaters, tillers,
mini tracked skid steers, excavator and other small equipment.

We have a lot of the equipment, tools and trucks in our Happy Valley and Vancouver shops, needs to be well organized and clean. We need to be really efficient, on track and quick because a lot of the repairs are really time sensitive.

Looking for someone that is capable in these areas:

• Small engine repair
• Two Cycle engine repair
• Small diesel repair
• Truck repairs
• Sharpening blades for mowers, hedge-trimmers, and other metal equipment used for cutting
• Routine maintenance of fleet vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment
• Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair
• Organizing shop and tools, keeping track of all equipment, service schedule for all equipment and trucks
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Welding and fabricating
• Carburetor and valve adjustments and cleaning

We work with mostly Stihl handheld equipment, Redmax & Echo blowers, Honda Exmark Toro mowers,
Toro, ditch witch and Bobcat Skid steers, Bobcat excavator, Ford, GMC, Isuzu, Chevy trucks, Have enclosed trailers, dump trailers, open trailers.

Mechanic certifications or welding certifications are a big plus.
