In a leadership role, you’ll work at the intersection of people and technology. You will be expected to go door to door and do table top events offering our client products.

Your role will be to lead, develop, and grow your team to ensure the success of everyone you influence. This will require discipline in executing the company program and creating an atmosphere that motivates. This is an independent position so you will have the freedom to organize your schedule and recruit people to be on your team, as long as it is within the quality control guidelines of our division.

Requirements:

  • Operate a sales team
  • Ensure team of sellers are hitting targets and achieving sales goals
  • Attend company meetings to report to corporate
  • Coordinate and lead weekly/daily seller meeting
  • Organize knocking territories and table top set ups at retail locations
  • Train new hires
  • Lead by example by being a sales metrics leader
  • Assist in recruiting new reps to increase team size
  • Be active in the company Slack

What you’ll need:

  • High School education or higher
  • Drivers license and transportation
  • A mobile phone or connected tablet device
  • Previous d2d sales experience, or sales position where targets and quota were a requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
