Experienced Sales Pro or Looking to kickstart your sales career? We’re adding to our Team!
Vivint is the #1 Home Automation & Security Company in the Nation and our Inside Sales team is expanding to include Solar & Energy offerings! As a Sales Rep on our growing Energy Team, you’ll reach out to existing Vivint customers, asking them meaningful questions to better understand their needs and help to educate them on the environmental and financial benefits of converting to renewable energy. You’ll work with existing Vivint customers and will manage the full sales cycle - from the first outbound call to the close.

- $14.50/ hour base ($30K annualized) plus uncapped commission. Anticipated Average Earnings: $120K - $125K.
- As you build your pipeline, you'll also be eligible for bonuses during the first 60 days (after training) in addition to commission after install.

- Working within our existing Vivint Smart Home customer base - approximately 1.5 million customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.

- Variety of shifts available. Hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Whether you’re an experienced, proven sales pro, or an entry-level candidate with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic - To put it simply, we are looking for a closer.
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred. Prior experience in inside sales, B2B sales, software sales, or solar sales is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, resilient and the ability to overcome obstacles
- Adaptability & Ability to handle and balance multiple demands
- Ability to work designated shift full-time in our HQ Provo office.
- Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software and other tools effectively
- Our Sales Reps strive to develop a growth mindset. They are coachable and willing to learn and apply feedback to their professional and personal goals.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Utilize consultative sales techniques on outbound sales calls to our existing Vivint customers, educating them the environmental and financial benefits of powering their home by renewable energy.
- Become an expert in our energy offerings by completing our comprehensive sales/product training so you can work with customers to customize product recommendations to suit their needs and help save them money.
- Proactively manage your sales pipeline and drive the entire sales cycle from the initial outbound call to the close of the sale.
- Effective Sales Reps are dedicated to providing value in all interactions both with our customers and internally.
