Front Desk Receptionist Job at Aesthetic Mentor
Overview:
Aesthetic Mentor (formerly Aesthetic Institute of Mass.), the leader in medical aesthetics training for health care providers, is seeking Clinic Attendants to help ensure exceptional student and model experiences by attending to the space and customer needs, and supporting staff members during classes, clinics, practice sessions, and other AM events at our facility in Waltham, MA.
Aesthetic Mentor Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for front of house and/or back of house operations during in-person classes/clinics, depending on shift needs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to reception, rebooking, restocking, tidiness, mild cleaning, and sanitation.
The right candidates must display essential skills in:
- Ability to give service with a smile.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail and observant.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
- Ability to positively represent the organization and its mission.
- Ability to work majority of shift on feet and lift at least 10lbs if needed.
- Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends.
Required:
- Ability to work 1 weekend a month
- Ability to reliably commute to and from work location
- Must be flexible in scheduling as class times and dates vary on a week to week basis (full-time position)
