Our Lexington campus is ready to grow, and our world-class team is looking for an Electrical Engineer.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Support maintenance with troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Accept the responsibility of being in the on-call rotation to support the maintenance department.
  • Solve repeat issues with long-term sustainable solutions.
  • Retrofit obsolete parts and equipment.
  • Run capital projects to install new equipment.
  • Work as a team with other engineers, production, OEMs, etc., to find the best solutions.
  • Write procedures and manuals for routine production and maintenance tasks.
  • Organize documentation for easy access by other employees.
  • Complete lifecycle ownership and support of equipment from concept to retirement.
  • Identify critical spare parts and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Manage contractors and other labor to ensure projects are successful.
  • Comply with all NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and other industry regulations.
  • Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and company Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Candidates without a Bachelor’s Degree may be considered if they have considerable experience.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing work, setting priorities, troubleshooting, and sound decision making.
  • Strong Leadership capabilities and effective team communication.
  • Strong work and personal ethics.
  • Ability to deal effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to top management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
