DIRECTV/IPTV Field Technician Job at Entinu Media, LLC
POSITION: Field Technician - Daily Deployment schedule TBD – Full Time
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for installation and service of DIRECTV equipment in residential and commercial locations as well as other CATV related service and installations. Must have significant experience with Analog Headends, COM1000/2000/3000 Digital Headends, Zeevee HD Digital Modulators, Blonder Tongue Transcoders as well as large scale RF environments such as RV Parks, Hospital. Must know how to calculate RF losses. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Must have the ability to lift, carry, and manipulate up to 60 lbs. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to travel and work on the road for short periods of time. Must maintain all safety regulations, and secure a healthy work environment by displaying and enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations, while under pressure to meet deadlines. Respect site property and people affiliated with the site. Represent Starvision Technology, and our clients, with upmost professional conduct.

- Monday to Friday*
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Traveling for 1-2 week stretches
- *Subject to change, depending on situation
Experience:
- Satellite Tech: 5 years (Required).There will be no training, do not waste our time if you do not have the skills listed in the “Major Responsibilities” section. We will have a Hands-On Assessment during the interview process.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: We have a Brick and Mortar store located in Gulfport, MS. Employee will be required to come in every morning unless traveling on a job.
