FMW West, an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground that services the Oceanside, California area, is looking to hire both Full Time and Part Time delivery drivers to operate large company owned delivery vehicles out of the FedEx Oceanside based terminal. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! Come join this fantastic team of drivers and grow with our company and our industry!

PAY: $165 per day with performance bonuses of $1.00 per stop over 150 stops

FULL Weekend Availability is a MUST. No Exceptions.

Typical Work Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Terminal Location: 1402 Avenida del Oro, Oceanside, California 92056 USA

No CDL required! Amazon, UPS, USPS experience is a PLUS!!

This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver gets in and out of the truck many times each day.

Driver Qualifications & Requirements:

All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS):

• MUST be available to drive at least one day per weekend. FULL weekend availability is priority!
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Physically able to handle packages up to 150 lbs with dolly.
• Have dependable transportation
• The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must
• Previous experience at FedEx, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or DHL is a plus

Driver Responsibilities:

The Driver must have a good sense of direction and the ability to work quickly, productively, independently, respectfully, safely, and responsibly.

• Make designated stops and designated pick-ups
• Verify paperwork via electronic device for deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must be able to lift (up to) 150lbs
• Work safely to prevent injury to yourself, to others, and damage to products
