Role Qualifications

• 3 years experience with Cummins engines required; experience with Detroit, International & CAT engines is a plus
• ASE certifications & OEM training are a plus- but we are willing to train you!
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer & service team
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner
• Must have a valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL license

Responsiblities

• Consulting the Service Advisor, assessing work orders to plan required tasks
• Running diagnostic tests on diesel engines & interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions
• Inspecting vehicle systems, repairing or replacing transmissions, brakes, engines & other associated parts
• Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance
• Completing preventative maintenance such as oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment & brake checks
• Maintaining records of parts inventory, serviced vehicles & thoroughly documenting work performed
