Job Responsibilities

Keep Calendars

Building permits (pulling, binders, status sheets, plan copies)

Create “New Project” binders for Project Manages (PM) And Superintendents

Assist in Job Coordination

  • Temporary power/ permanent power
  • Temporary toilet
  • Temporary fencing
  • Dumpsters
  • Sub-contracts / Sage Entering / Procore

Punch Lists

Back Up Phones

Blueprint Orders

Maintain Project Files

Utilize Procore Construction Management for all related project responsibilities

Job binders

Job site Runs

Material pick up & delivery (when needed)

Special Projects (when needed)

Weekly Meeting Notes

Help Project Manager (PM) prepare for monthly meeting

  • Cost to complete
  • Update schedule

Prepare and assist with EBA’s – See PE Job Description

Prepare Client Manuel Book (all operating manuals and warranties)

Conduct (or Assist) in client turnover (appliances, heating and Lighting systems, etc.)

Maintain Project subcontractor List (awarded/ non-awarded)

Help accounting/ PM resolve billing & coding problems

Maintain Buy-Out schedule

Maintain Client relations

Cooperation with and assist other employees

Promote the De Mattei image

Research and find materials/ suppliers and purchase on-line (when necessary)

Assist in the training of other employees

Bill out minimum of 30 hours a week
