Job Description:
?Apex Systems is in search of customer service representatives who can work on site in the Charlotte area for one of our top Telecommunication clients! Qualified candidates must be willing to work fully on site in the Charlotte area 5 days a week.
- Top requirements:
- Customer service
- Experience in one of these areas: previous call center, helpdesk, experience supporting billing systems (icoms / csg), reviewing statements, telecom exp, etc.
- Salesforce exp is highly preferred – working within Salesforce
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
- This team is supporting the company's customers
- Assisting customers with any billing issues/questions
- 5 week training – 3 weeks with L&D team – 2 weeks with hands-on training, shadowing, & testing
- Candidates need to be able to help review billing statements with customers & answer questions
- Candidates need to be able to think on their feet & assist with different types of end client accounts
- Working within billing systems (icoms/csg) & Salesforce Agent OS – as well as other tools they will learn in training
