Hola! DeTAPAS is the new truly authentic & unique Spanish Concept with 1st location in Westport, CT
Founded by Carlos Pla, born & raised in Barcelona, We are seeking enthusiastic professional bartenders that can also serve. Your dedication to the highest level of guest experience is a must along with bartending experience. If you have passion to serve, a great multitasker, this is the place you want to be.
Qualifications include:
- Provide and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages consistent with DeTapas standard drink recipes
- Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests as well as serving
- Keeping the bar and surroundings clean during and after service.
- Follow safety procedures for alcohol sanitation, storage & batch preparation including dating, labeling and monitoring beverages items.
- Manages daily ordering & supply inventory to optimize stock levels.
- Sets and follow cleaning & sanitation schedules as per DeTAPAS standards ensuring health & safety guidelines are met.
- Support and help staff when needed
- Weekends our a must
