Position Title: Assistant Site Manager

Position Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support for the Site Manager in a daily supervision of site team members the primary duty entails the daily management of operations, planning and directing work discipline of team members handing team members complaints grievances ensuring that the customer facility is effectively sanitized in compliance with customer specifications etc.
· Duties & Responsibilities
· Effectively communicate and partner with the site manager to drive alignment establish the site direction and resolve issues ensure execution of the organization strategy and directions through handbook staff make meetings priority communications.
· Understand the contractual obligation and financial reporting to assess opportunities and determine success and key areas and provide guidance to sight team to consistently improve in opportunities review and analyze site safety performance identify trends and implement appropriate game plans for improvement
· Conduct site walks with supervisors to assess service and Labor Management opportunities and create effective game plans to establish accomplish necessary improvements prepare for weekly site walks with the client and cooperate teams and to review game plan effectiveness and monitor execution. Engage in and periodically facilitate weekly staff meetings to establish and implement site goals and objectives. Monitor team members engagement level and drive employee engagement initiatives and power and inspire team members to make a connection with customers.
· Teach coach and train supervisors and team members on operational processes site appearance and profitability site leadership teams and create a safe work environment and culture of operational excellence site leadership teams to achieve alignment and operational improvements. Support that the implementation and monitoring of new organization initiatives to improve specification and simplification in the processes.
· Ensure that time keeping requirements are lawful and upheld during shift.
· Additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2 to 4 years of management experience
· Must be able to effectively communicate with client and staff utilizing Microsoft Office applications - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Communicates effectively with team members, management staff and clients to relay company quality requirement and expectations in written and verbal forms.
· Ability to multi-prioritize workload.
· Display high level of professionalism and ability to problem solve effectively

· Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours on hard and uneven surfaces.
- Intermittent climbing, bending, squatting, and kneeling are required
- Must be able to stand bend, stoop, push, pull in performance of job duties.
· Must be able to sit stand for up to eight full hours during the shift in the performance of the job duties.
· Must be able to walk for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of hands fingers typing or writing.
