Erie Wedding & Event Services in Erie, PA is looking for one videographer to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 1001 State Street Suite 1400. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Erie Wedding & Event Services is looking for individuals with love for cinematic videography to enhance our companies services.

Our Professional Videographers are expected to be able to perform at the following types of events:

Weddings

Corporate Events

Social Events

Fundraisers

Videography Job Summary

The Videographer will videotape people, events, objects, pets, etc. based on the specifications of the client. They will use their artistic and technical skills to create video images that the clients will love. The Videographer will design settings, using props and backgrounds to create compositions based on the client’s request. In addition to taking high-quality images, the Videographer will also maintain all camera equipment, including lights, lenses, and tripods. After videos are complete, the Videographer will resize, edit, airbrush, and otherwise enhance videos using Photoshop or other video editing software. They will then work with the client to determine the best package and presentation of their videos.

Videographer Responsibilities:

Select and assemble proper equipment, and choose settings and props based on the client’s wishes and theme of the video shoot.

Accurately light subjects using artificial or natural lighting and using flashes and reflectors where necessary.

Determine desired images and compositions and choose equipment, props, settings, and lighting to achieve desired results.

Retouch, resize, and enhance videos as needed using Photoshop or other video software.

Videographer Skills:

Ability to use different types of videography equipment and videography software.

Understanding of artificial and natural lighting and how it affects different settings, shapes, and skin tones.

Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to discuss complex artistic concepts in easy-to-understand terms.

A keen eye for detail and a well-developed artistic and creative aesthetic.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 to $20.00 /hour
