Chronos is a high-end remote veterinary service for veterinary practices across the country. We are seeking a full-time trainer to join our team! Your hours will be variable and you’ll be required to work in the EST time zone.

A minimum requirement of 5 years of veterinary employment experience & a minimum of 1 year of training development experience is needed to apply. Strong technical skills are preferred for this position.

Trainers are team members who help Chronos by developing and facilitating training programs for employees. They implement training and development plans and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce. We are looking for the right person with the right attitude.

Position Description:

  • This is a virtual position, you will not be working at a practice.
  • Flexibility is a must to fulfill this role.
  • Full-time hours will be required from you in this position.
  • You’ll be required to work in the EST time zone.
  • You’ll be required to train multiple employees at once.
  • Veterinary medicine skills are a must.
  • Creating & conducting training plans for a variety of teams.
  • Operating & teaching on multiple PIM software at once.
  • Will be expected to be up to date on all training trends.
  • Demonstrate initiative in everyday duties.
  • Fulfill scheduling needs on trained teams.
  • Attend or conduct multiple meetings a week.
  • Collaborations with other team members are a must.
