Palmdale Oil Company is one of the largest family-owned petroleum wholesale company in the State of Florida. We sell diesel, gasoline, marine fuels, and oils/lubricants. We are currently recruiting for a Transport Biller in our Okeechobee location with 3 years 2-3 years of billing experience.
Job Responsibilities
Invoicing customers for multiple divisions and locations - heavy data entry billing
Inventory control through proper data entry
Assisting customers with questions and researching issues when necessary
Cross training in other office functions for maximum coverage
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years billing experience
- Detailed oriented
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Stable work history
