JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Base hours 6am-2:30pm M-F, Additonal compensation available for on call basis or emergency repairs.
• Inspect site mechanical operations daily to ensure proper function of components. Examples including water reclaimation system, reverse osmosis system, water heaters, water softeners, air compressors, conveyor belt system, vacuums, overhead doors, electrical motor controls, air / water / detergent delivery systems.
• Diagnose and repair inoperable components of the wash, calibrate and record performance of equipment.
• Site hours are 7am-9pm daily, most major maintenance functions are performed outside of those hours to make sure our services are available to members at all times. Maintenance tech will work closely with site leaders to schedule major maintenance projects prior to open and after close.
• Complete ongoing positional training for maintenance tech
• Maintain Site, Grounds & Car Wash.
• Keep appropriate maintenance logs, inventory and reports as required for corporate standards
• Learn and Follow corporate policies, procedures from the employee handbooks.
• Attend team meetings, fully engaged in discussion to better the company, and willing to immediately follow through on implementing new ideas with your Team.
• Wash Optimization - Constantly watching and perfecting wash quality.
• Learn to Complete Daily Checklists - Cleanliness, maintainance , other tasks as needed
• Vacuum maintenance and cleanliness
• Wash Cleaning - Free from dirt and grime, but also neatness and organization
• Maintain appropriate dialogue exceeding the Member/Guest expectations in service.
• Work with the wash operations team on special projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
