Technical Trainer Job at inVia Robotics
The Technical Trainer position has a key role in training new products and services to our customers. This role will be responsible for working with warehouse staff and management to properly train site personnel for upcoming implementation and at existing sites when necessary. The individual will serve as the first level support for on-site go-lives as well as post-go-live.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional
- Prepare training material including the media and documentation.
- Conducting onsite and remote training sessions with new and existing customers.
- Provide on-site support for go-lives. Escalate issues internally to support team and management as necessary.
- Providing direction and guidance to customers during periods of implementation and upgrade.
- Coach workflows to customers to ensure successful delivery of software.
- Liaise with and escalate to the support team, engineering or infrastructure support as necessary.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product development initiatives
- Play an active role in developing, maintaining and documenting product workflows and any related processes and procedures.
- Assist with configuration and testing tasks as needed.
- Provides clear, concise, and appropriate internal and external status reports, communicating deliverables, progress, and results.
Interpersonal
· Communicate with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate and work effectively in a team setting
· Advocate for the customer and press to ensure that customer issues are dealt with in a timely manner
Qualifications
· Able and willing to travel and work at customer sites. Ability to travel up to 50%-70%
· Highly effective writing/verbal communication skills as well as ability to do what is needed to move the project forward
· Deadline and detail-oriented.
· Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
· 1-2 years of prior experience in the warehouse automation field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
