Experience
4-5 yrs. of exp in Amdocs Telecom Billing
Role Description
Must have experience in Amdocs Billing & CSM for Quality Assurance
- Working Knowledge in End to End Testing in Telecom BSS
- Review software requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Working experience with User Acceptance Testing and Accessibility Testing.
- Solid knowledge of database testing.
- Knowledge of bug tracking tool Jira
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible for the actions in meeting the release criteria and deadlines.
- Working Knowledge on Tricentis Tosca & qTEST.
- Familiar with tools like Tableau, Jira Align, Jira.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education
- Min 6 years of experience in Information Technology
