The Position:

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, teachable full-time entry-level Tax Staff Accountant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degrees in Accounting or relevant field or pursuing such
• 0-3 years of experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role (will train if no experience)
• Active CPA license or actively pursuing certification
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective organization skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for partnerships, C corps, S corps, and individuals
• Reconciling and adjusting books for closely held businesses
• Assist with tax audits and notice responses
• Take ownership of engagements and provide exceptional client service by giving personalized attention, appropriate responsiveness, and outstanding work product.
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all team members, internally and externally.
• Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
