Overview:
Provide onsite support at the Rocky Mount and Raleigh main offices to include toner supplies mgmt. (order toner that did not ship per solution expectations, work with Xerox Helpdesk to enable XSM device scorecard updates as appropriate, help client return incorrect toner shipped, help client install toner if correct toner shipped but client not able to install toner, manage unconnected device list with client to enable MPS service, review and approve MACDs including following up with client contacts for missing info needed to process MACDs, work with client to collect missing reads, provide 1st level escalation support to the client and Xerox Helpdesk for open incidents, provide client reporting, facilitate weekly client call to enable client communication and issue resolution on day to day support activities, and support cartridge recycling at the main Rocky Mount location
Primary Responsibilities :
- Daily review open help Desk tickets
- Provide onsite and 1st level client Escalation support for client.
- Support device firmware updates as appropriate for account and devices managed
- Work with Xerox Helpdesk to enable device scorecard stock balance updates as appropriate.
- Help client return incorrect supplies shipped
- Support toner cartridge recycling as appropriate for sites
- Support Xerox Supplies and Onsite Security GSS security requirements as needed
Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
- Post High School education encouraged and preferred
- Requires valid, violation-free driver's license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Xerox policy.
- Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
