Community Options is looking for an energetic, highly motivated Staff Development Coordinator for our quickly growing team. This position offers room for considerable growth within the organization. As Staff Development Coordinator you will provide ongoing support and training to the Behavioral Health team.

The working location is flexible for this position and will be considered in the following North Dakota cities: Fargo, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Grand Forks, Williston, and Watford City. Other locations may be considered upon the hiring manager's approval. The salary for this position is $20-$22 an hour depending on experience (DOE).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in training and development, education or related field, and two years of related experience, i.e., training, presentations, staff development, or experience defined by the hiring manager
  • High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check, and drug screening, and obtain ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
  • Completion of training as required by Community Options

Assigned work shifts will vary depending on the client or company needs; employee must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekends at one or more locations as determined by the client.
