Crow Therapies is a therapist-owned, accredited outpatient rehabilitation facility. We specialize in (but are not limited to) pediatric therapy, serving East Texas communities and beyond. Our clinics operate under normal Monday through Friday business hours, making it an ideal place to work and raise a family. Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

  • Evaluate patients/clients; develop a plan of care with associated goals including quantifiable speech and language outcome targets
  • Provide diagnosis, treatment, instruction, and other speech and language services according to the scope of practice limitations per State statute
  • Administer standardized tests for diagnosis of communication disorders
  • Develop therapy and treatment plans
  • Establish treatment goals
  • Update patient progress and provide progress notes to appropriate parties
  • Utilize research-based methods

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensed from the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology or license pending
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology preferred but will consider Interns
  • A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post-training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position
  • A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position
  • Previous experience with pediatric patients
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
