A great candidate for the immigration paralegal position must have at least 2 years of immigration experience. You must have experience preparing legal motions, briefs, and applications for attorney review in family and removal defense cases OR experience preparing cover letters, brief, and applications for attorney review in employment and investment cases.

Successful candidates for this position must be exceptional communicators, organized, detail oriented, ability to solve problems independently and as a team.

· High School Diploma or higher

· 2+ years experience in business IV and NIV such as: P, O, L, E1, E2, E3, TN, H1B, EB1, EB2, EB3, NIW, PERM Process preferred

· Fluent in Spanish or other foreign language a plus

· Excellent customer service skills

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Word Perfect, and Outlook
