As a Solar Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners to assess their energy needs and educate them about the benefits of solar energy
• Generate leads through in-person effort
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed monthly sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week

Training and Support:

• Comprehensive training on solar energy and the sales process
• Ongoing coaching and support from experienced sales professionals
• Development with top performers in the industry to continue to hone and develop your skills
• Team Meetings 3 times a week going over goals, growth, and development,

Compensation:

• Uncapped commission (Avg. $5,000 to $8,000/month)
