The Plug Smoke, Vape & Electronics is seeking a Store Associate for our new Beresford South Dakota location.
New up & coming Smoke Shop looking for Dependable, Trustworthy and Sales Oriented individuals that love customer service! Looking for professionalism in a fun and "chill" atmosphere?? If so, then this is the place for you!
Applicants MUST be at least 18, 21 preferred. This is a Full Time Position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with customers to determine their needs.
- Provide world class customer service.
- Manage store associates
- Ensure customers are 21+ (check everyone’s ID)
- Meet or Exceed Sales goals.
- Ability to maximize a sale through additional product suggestions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge in a rapidly growing industry.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and organized store.
- Work as a team, assisting others as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have reliable transportation and show up to work on time.
- Sales Driven attitude...the more you sell the more you earn!
- Flexible Hours & the ability/willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Strong knowledge and passion for the Cannabis industry is HIGHLY recommended.
- E-Cig and Tobacco knowledge is also preferred.
- Willing to train the right motivated individuals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.81 - $35.00 per hour
