Supreme Spa and Pool is Lincoln, NE’s most trusted and fastest growing spa and pool retailer. We will be interviewing qualified candidates for the position of In-Ground Pool Sales Representative at our retail showroom located at 5046 Rentworth Ct., Lincoln, NE 68516.

This position will train under and report directly to the Owner.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years’ experience in “big ticket” sales. A background in home improvement, project management, and/or construction is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrable.

Compensation ranges from $75k to $120k+for this position, based on previous experience, and your ability to;

• identify opportunities for generating leads via market outreach
• manage inbound lead activity generated by the company into qualified leads. We have tons of these we can’t even get to without you!
• initiate, execute, and further the communication cycle via email, website, phone, and in-home appointments to turn leads into qualified proposals, and presentations
• communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• have a desire to help subsidize your income initially by learning, and making sales in the above ground pool, spa, and sauna business.
• demonstrate accuracy in filling out paperwork, and entering complete transaction information into our POS and CRM systems
• coordinate with sales, service, install, delivery, construction and administrative staff to insure streamlined follow up and delivery
