Oberfields LLC is currently seeking an individual to work in our Shipping Yard at our Obetz, OH facility. This position will be responsible to interact with customers and drivers to fill and load (or unload) product safely while operating a forklift. Ideal candidates for our Shipping Yard position will be energetic, organized, have basic mathematic ability, two years of experience in shipping operations. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is for the Day Shift with the hours of 7:30 AM to 4 PM Monday – Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. The Shipping Yard position will report directly to the Plant Manager.

Job Description:

· Ensure our customers receive the highest quality customer service

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of entire yard

· Receive, prepare, and ship all product effectively

· Open and Close Facility

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment

· Monitor and report maintenance needs

· Provide aid to production team as needed

· Clear production line as needed

· Stock Aggregate Bins as needed

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

· Mathematical – strong skills can be useful when picking orders

· Teamwork – you will interact with our sales team as well as customers

· Ability to lift up to and including 100 pounds

· Forklift Equipment Operation Skills

· Must enjoy a high paced work environment

· High School Diploma

· Good communication skills
