SERVICE TECHNICIAN

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· Ability to make major and minor repairs on construction and forestry equipment, including but not limited to: engine repairs and tune ups, fuel systems, electrical systems, transmission work, cooling systems, chassis repairs, brake work.

· Perform regular and preventative maintenance including inspections, oil changes, etc.

· Perform diagnostic tests

· Maintain accurate records of repairs performed

· Maintain cleanliness in the shop

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2-5 years: Associates’ degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; plus a minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

· Bonus points if you have previous engine overhaul experience

· This person must possess a valid driver’s license and Forklift Certification.
